Brewery Taler Dedicated New Tap To BPR’s 100th Anniversary

A small Minsk brewery has decided to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the Belarusian People's Republic.

By March 25, Taler had brewed beer "1918", nn.by writes.

Beer is brewed in the style of Hazy IPA using just only hop. IPA (Indian light ale) is characterized by greater bitterness and a strong aroma, all this is achieved by using hop. In conventional lagers, which are sold in stores, the content of hops is much lower. Hazy means "thick", this style is characterized by juiciness.

"The team of the brewery Taler congratulates everyone with the important date in our history – the century of the proclamation of the Belarusian People's Republic! It so happened that few countries recognized our independence fully then, one of them – Finland. So we decided to symbolically thank the Finns, having brewed thick Hazy Single Hop IPA «1918» with rye, oats, and the hop Pekko, which is named after Finnish god of agriculture and brewing," – Taler writes.

Earlier, the Blood Brothers Brewery brewed bear for the 100th anniversary of the BPR. And last year a new tap was released by the Lida Beer to this date.
