Selfies Taken In Paddy Wagons On Freedom Day

Viasna human rights activists have published a selfie from a paddy wagon.

Human rights activists of the HRC Viasna published a selfie after they had been detained at Yakub Kolas Square:

"Dozens of people have been detained in Minsk. The security officials’ operation "filter" is in full swing: activists in the regions are not allowed to go to Minsk. They are stopped and redirected to the police departments.

Here goes # БНР100," – the HRC Viasna reports.

We remind that on March 25, on Freedom Day, mass arrests of people who were going to take part in the March of Dignity and Freedom at Yakub Kolas Square, and arrests of activists on their way to Minsk were held throughout the country.
