Application For March 25 Rally Filed

The gathering of people is scheduled on 12.00 in the Yakub Kolas Square.

The application for holding a rally on the Freedom Day on March 25 was filed to the Minsk city executive committee today. This was reported by the press-center of the Belarusian National Congress.

The start of the session which is called "March of Dignity and Freedom" is scheduled on 12.00 in the Yakub Kolas Square.

The application indicates the route of the march - "Yakub Kolas Square - Independence Avenue - Victory Square - Kiseleu Street - Bahdanovich Street - Opera Theatre".

Before filing of the application, one of the leaders of the Belarusian National Congress Mikalai Statkevich said that if the Minsk city executive committee does not give a permit for the action, the rally will go along the route "Yakub Kolas Square - Independence Avenue - Yanka Kupala Street - Opera Theatre."
