Catholics And Jews Prayed Together Near Vorsha

The event has been organized by Vorsha activists.

On April 16, rector of Vorsha St. Joseph’s Church father Vadzim and Simha Jewish community chairman Andrei Darafeyeu held a joint prayer on Kabyliatskaya Hill near Vorsha, at the place of mass executions, Radio Racyja informs.

Before the prayer, the relatives of those shot in Vorsha landscaped the place of mass shootings – the memorial on Kabyliatskaya Hill. On April 16, a new monument with the names of those shot appeared on the mountain. The Shot in Vorsha initiative has many plans for perpetuating the memory of innocently repressed people.
