Protocol For Stream On Facebook Drawn Up Against Independent Journalist

A freelance journalist has caught on video how two policemen were getting into the yard of public activist Barys Anikeyau.

Freelance journalist Kanstantsin Zhukouski has received by mail a protocol for alleged "illegal production and distribution of media products," Belsat reports.

Senior district inspector, major of police Dzmitry Trubnin has drawn up a protocol for the stream on Kanstantsin Zhukouski’s private Facebook account.

He caught on video how two policemen were getting into the yard of public activist Barys Anikeyau. At that, they had no formalized grounds for staying in Anikeyau's house. In addition, they closed Barys and his family members in the house – they did not let anyone from outside.

Kanstantsin Zhukouski faces up a fine of up to 50 basic units (1225 rubles) under Part 2. Art. 22.9.
