There are too many contradictions in the Investigative Committee’s conclusions.

He committed suicide – these are the results of the investigation into Aliaksandr Korzhych’s death. According to the Investigative Committee, the soldier was not killed, but was driven to suicide, and three sergeants are to blame for that. The TV channel Belsat asks if the investigation, which took 6 months, has given an answer to the question of how one can hang himself with a T-shirt on his head and with his legs tied.

"The conclusions about driving conscript Korzhych to suicide were made on the basis of the victims and witnesses’ testimony, as well as the circumstances recorded at the place where the corpse was found," – Investigative Committee representative Aleh Shandarovich says.

The investigation claims that Aliaksandr Korzhych was driven to suicide by the actions of three sergeants. As a result of the investigation, 57 soldiers were recognized as victims at the center in Pechy.

The mother of the deceased does not believe official version and can’t forget the marks of tortures that she personally saw on her son's body during the examination.

"The right hand was hanging like a whip. And there were traces of ropes on his hands, which were clearly seen. And after he was dressed off, what I saw that his stomach was beaten," – Aliaksandr’s mother Sviatlana Korzhych says.

A witness died during the investigation

Moreover, Sviatlana claims that the soldier, who recently died in Uruchcha, served with Korzhych and was a witness in the case of Aliaksandr’s death. But the Ministry of Defense does not comment on the doubts of relatives.

"Was there a murder? No, there wasn’t. The representative of the Investigative Committee has confirmed this. The examination has not confirmed the information about the injuries on the soldier's body. Other facts also have not been confirmed," – press secretary of the Ministry of Defense Uladzimir Makarau says.

Aliaksandr Korzhych was absolutely healthy mentally. This is confirmed by the psychiatric examination carried out in the medical unit one month before the death. However, the question arises here why the military doctors, seeing traces of bullying, did not sound the alarm and did not inform the relatives.

"Obviously, I believe that was not driving to suicide. That was a murder! And if they dragged him into that loop, it was only after he died," – Sviatlana Korzhych believes.

Tied his own legs, put a T-shirt on his head and hanged himself?

Experts say that it is impossible to judge the investigation results objectively, without an access to a set of investigative documents. Nevertheless, the conclusions of the investigation cause absolutely logical questions.

Aliaksandr Korzhych's mother is ready to come up with her demands to the head of state, who promised to take the investigation under personal control.

"I control this case from three positions. And I watch how this criminal case is investigated by special methods," – Lukashenka told earlier.

Aliaksandr Korzhych was found hanged on October 3 last year. He was only 21 years old. Before his death, he managed to tell his mother about the hazing, systematic violence, theft and extortion of money in the military unit in Pechy near Barysau.
