Belarusian Singer Yalfimau Performed At Crimean Bridge Opening

Yalfimau's performance was announced among the participants of the Russian Golos show.

On May 15, Belarusian singer Piotr Yalfimau performed in the Crimean Kerch at the concert dedicated to the opening of the bridge across the Kerch Strait. Yalfimau's performance was announced among the participants of the Russian Golos show from "Leonid Agutin's team", Radio Svaboda reports.

Grigory Leps, Alexander Marshal, Alexander Buynov, Pelageya and other Russian artists performed at the "main" concert in honor of the bridge opening on the same day.

Yalfimau's representative, his wife Tatsiana Kasmachova, told reporters that the singer "stays out of politics." According to her, the singer, like any other artist, is "for peace and happiness on the planet, and any built road is happiness." Kasmachova did not answer the question of whether Yalfimau supported the Russian occupation of the Crimea.

The Kerch bridge was opened on May 15. The opening ceremony was attended by the Russian ruler Vladimir Putin. The bridge connects the annexed Crimea with the territory of Russia.
