The traffic movement in the Independence Avenue in Minsk is complicated due to bad weather, Veranika Ramankova, Senior Inspector of the Department for Propaganda and Agitation of the State Traffic Inspectorate of the Municipal Department of Internal Affairs of the Minsk City Executive Committee, told BelTA.
"According to available information, at the moment the traffic in the Independence Avenue is difficult at the exit of the city. In particular, flooding is on the Talbukhin and Surganau Streets, "- Veranika Ramankova said.
The Minsk State Traffic Inspectorate recommends that drivers take this information into account when planning their trips. Also pay attention to the importance of compliance with the speed limit and distance. Because of wet asphalt, the risk of minor accidents increases.
