‘Parasites’ To Be Reported In Online Regime

Government agencies and other organizations will be able to use this service.

Belarus introduces a new electronic service - transmission of the data related to the population not employed in the economy in the online regime, the National Center for Electronic Services informs. This service will be free, government agencies and other organizations will be able to use it, which, in turn, are supposed to submit their data on parasites, writes tut.by.

This information will be included in the database of the unemployed in the economy, which the Ministry of Labor should create by December 1 of this year.

Important to note, the database includes the following mandatory information about the citizen: identification number; surname, first name, middle name (if any) in Russian; Date of Birth; sex; citizenship; data on registration at the place of residence (place of stay); type, series and number of the document proving the identity.

A new electronic service will be available from September 1 on the unified electronic services portal. It will be possible to submit the lists of identification numbers and other personal data to create a database of able-bodied citizens not employed in the economy, through a nationwide automated information system.

This service can be used by state bodies and other organizations that must submit data on those who are not employed in the economy. To do this, it is needed to register at the unified portal of electronic services, get an electronic digital signature and sign a contract for the provision of electronic services at no cost.

We remind you that on January 25, Aliaksandr Lukashenka signed Decree #1, which provides for measures to promote employment of the population. The new decree did not include norms on levying non-working population to finance public expenditures. In this case, persons previously recognized as payers of this fee were exempt from payment.

Later, the government determined who would be subject to the updated document on parasitism - Decree #1. Non-employed Belarusians who are subject to the parasitic decree will pay for three services at full cost: gas supply, hot water and central heating.

The Ministry of Labor will form the base of parasites. This base is planned to be created by December 1 this year, it will be updated once a quarter.

The previous version of the decree caused mass protests among the population.
