Leanid Kulakou: Authorities Are Acting In Mean Way, But Watch In Kurapaty Will Be Continued

Detentions and arrests will not affect the spirit of the defenders of the people's memorial.

Defenders of Kurapaty Dzianis Urbanovich, Volha Nikalaichyk and Pavel Seviarynets were released after 10 days of arrest.

The activists were released through the black exit of the prison, so as not to hit the camera lens. In addition, Pavel Seviarynets’ new manuscript "Belarusalem. The Heart Of Light," 11 pages of which he had managed to write during the imprisonment, was confiscated and trampled.

"The authorities, as always, are doing mean things. We were waiting for about three hours, and they drove them out through the back door," – European Belarus activist Leanid Kulakou told belsat.eu.

According to the activist, the arrests will not affect the spirit of the defenders of the tract and the watch in Kurapaty will be continued.
