The dictator is mad at his infirmity.

At the yesterday's meeting on overall development of the Orsha district Lukashenka stated that he would change the government that week. The reason, according to him, is "indifference to his orders". Lukashenka has already ordered to propose new ministers of industry and construction.

Earlier, Lukashenka visited enterprises of the Orsha district and was extremely angry about the situation. The dictator was outraged by such details as unrepaired rood, wrongfully spread asphalt or mess at work places. He found it enough to threaten minister of industry Vital Vauko with imprisonment.

Is this a proper reaction to existing "problems"? Is this a good reason for dismissal of the entire Cabinet.

Well-known Belarusian film director Yury Khashchevatski answers questions of Charter97.org:

- As usual, Aliaksandr Ryhoravich is wrong. If he sees that a screw has loosed, every normal person can say that it happened almost 25 years ago. And it started as soon as the main person came in power. As they say, you must not blame the mirror for showing a crooked face.

If the administrative screw is loosing, others will follow its example. What will be the profit of changes in the government? There will be the next one with the same symptoms. He will never appoint professionals; they will require reforms the country really need. First of all, it means the return to operating democratic institutions.

And there's no need to wonder why something is wrong in the Orsha district. It will be like that. The country is one big loosing screw. And Lukashenka is to blame.

- What can this hysteria of Lukashenka really mean?

- I take care about my state of mind and ignore both Belarusian and Russian television. That's why I have a clear picture of things happening.

And these are convulsive movements of Lukashenka. All these threats and cries aim to convince the people and the dictator himself in his invincibility, clear mind and strong health so that he could keep running the country unless he passes away.

That's why he is so angry. He is mad at getting older and that he lost the game. He is angry over things around him - all his people are corrupt officials. But he miss the fact that it's his own inner state, which spreads through the entire vertical: if he steals from the budget, his subordinates will do the same.

Lukashenka fights his own shadow. It's natural for an elderly man. He suffers crisis of 70 years. Many went through it, only few suffered such side effects. After all, only few can "boast" of the deeds like Lukashenka performed.

Naturally, he needs to cry at the top of his lungs. But there is a symbolic detail, both sad and inspiring.

It's sad to know that he has already started fighting "corruption" even among forensic surgeons. It means he has a foreboding of his life to end and tries to "put things in order" in the place he is about to find himself. On the on hand, it's sad, because it reminds of the final end we all face someday.

And this is also inspiring. As soon as this person passes away, the "epic" which started in 1994 will be over as well.

- What other "symptoms" can that visit to the Orsha district indicate?

- We have found a really significant one. It's his convulsive movements. Doctor Shchigelski told about it. And now his behavior has turned into chronic.

I am not a specialist, but, apparently, we observe one of the severest symptoms of Lukashenka. We observe convulsions.

Talks about the stroke were preceded by his convulsions in public. Let's see what happens next.

- With optimism?

- All people who enjoy life will be glad to see this. After all, it's a great time we live in. There is no moment to be bored. Things are as vivid as a show in a circus.

Clowns are as old as their jokes. It is getting more and more ridiculous when they try to perform the same trick again as they are aging.

You know there is the repetition effect. Just imagine the movie when a person keep going through the same grief. And it's getting more and more painful with every new grief. And this process never ends. Someone can already smile. And if it is shown many times, it causes a wild fit of laughter. Being a film director, I know it for sure.

It's rather a great shtick around me than optimism. I am entertained by this show, as well as every person who enjoys the life. After all, it's really funny.
