The National Bank gets rid of excess real estate in the regional centers. The premises located in the main offices in Hrodna, Vitsebsk and Mahiliou have been offered for sale. This follows from the proposal of the regulator for commercial banks, tut.by reports.
In Hrodna, the office building with a total area of almost 3 thousand square meters is in the operational management of the National Bank, its residual value is BYN 245.8 thousand.
The real estate in Mahiliou has an area of 3.4 thousand square meters, the cost is BYN 1,183 million.
In Vitsebsk, the office area is 7.6 thousand square meters (there is also a small outbuilding and a garage). The price is more than BYN 2 million.
In case of interest, the market value of real estate will be determined additionally, the report said.
As a result of the optimization of the functions and structure of the National Bank, there is no need to use these buildings fully, the central bank explained.
