Slutsk Officials Allowed To Draw Up Protocols For Administrative Violations

Officials of the Slutsk district executive committee have received additional rights.

Now, the officials are allowed to draw up administrative protocols, for example, for public insult or for illegal actions when adopting children, kurjer.info writes.

This follows from the decision of the Slutsk District Executive Committee of August 24.

The first deputy chairman of the district executive committee can draw up an administrative protocol, for example, for illegal actions when adopting children. The head of the educational department and his deputies, as well as the department of ideology of the district executive committee – for public insult.

The right to compile administrative protocols under a number of articles of the Administrative Code is vested with department heads, deputy heads and specialists of the architectural department.
