Alexander Sotnik: Something Was Poured Into My Wife's Cup In Minsk Café
ALEXANDER SOTNIK

A blogger who left Russia said that his wife in Minsk had become a victim of an FSB special operation.

Blogger Alexander Sotnik, who left Russia, said that something had been poured in his wife's cup in a cafe in Minsk, after which she fainted. He connects this with the FSB activities.

He wrote about it on Facebook on October 13.

"I have every reason to say that my wife became a victim of a special operation of the FSB yesterday. It happened in Minsk. Now she is at home, still unconscious," - the blogger said.

In comments under the post he stated that "something has been added" to his wife's cup in a cafe in Minsk.

Later, Sotnik made it clear that his wife had been tracked through the mobile phone, and appealed to the FSB.

"We should post less photos when on the road. FSB, you're only capable of nasty things, aren't you? But why attack family members? Even Al Capone didn't do it. Kill me. Although "we won't be standing in front of them, but behind them...". Right, isn't it, terrorist?" - he wrote.

The blogger also noted in his comments that his wife "is alive but deaf to one ear".

In March 2018, Sotnik said that because of threats he had left Russia and evacuated his family.
