"Parasite Base" Never Got Round To Work

The government has to postpone the introduction of full heating tariffs.

The term of paying full tariffs for certain utility services for "parasites" is postponed till May 1, 2020. This is provided for by the government decree № 682 of October 7, 2019, First Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Protection of Belarus Andrei Labovich told reporters, BelTA informs.

This decision was taken in order to prevent unjustified cases of charging increased fees for these services to citizens.

Deputy Minister says that the information for creating the base of citizens, not engaged in the economy, comes from almost 50 sources. In this regard, it is necessary to ensure additional measures to update the information contained in the departmental information resources.

The need to improve the system of gas consumers' accounting has been identified, namely, the need to carry out organizational and technical measures to ensure rapid information exchange.

Additional time is needed for improving the quality of information contained in departmental information resources.

It should be reminded that Belarusians working abroad become "parasites" automatically. Special commissions, which work with personal information of Belarusians, will make the lists.

It has been repeatedly stated that "parasites" will pay for other services, subsidized by the state, and "unemployed Belarusians" have been frightened with labour camps.

We remind that the previous version of the "parasite decree" caused massive protests, which experts call the largest in Belarus since Perestroika.
