Vladimir Artsiman: This Economic Person Is Selling the Country

Activist of People's Hramada tells why he took part in the action to defend independence in Hrodna.

More than a hundred Hrodna residents joined yesterday's rally to support the independence of Belarus and stood against "further integration" with Russia. People held banners, white-red-white flags. Later, they made up a live chain.

Ex-candidate for "deputies," representative of People's Hramada Vladimir Artsiman, told about his participation in the action:

"December 20, the ruler of our state plans to sign an agreement on political integration. Nobody knows exactly what they are going to sign there. I do not want the independence of Belarus to be sold for energy resources of Russia. This economic person with his ministers, his government are now selling the country," he said.
