Videofact: Lots Of People Joined Procession At Rally For Independence

There are so many protesters that there is not enough space for them on the sidewalks.

On December 7, a rally to defend the independence and sovereignty of Belarus took place in Kalinouski Square (Kastrychnitskaya Square) in Minsk. Several thousand people gathered at the square.

Responding to the call of the organizers, the protesters moved from Kastrychnitskaya Square to Independence Square and from there to Freedom Square.

During the procession, many more people joined the rally for independence, the Belarus of the Brain telegram-channel reports.

A large column passed along Independence Avenue and Volodarsky and Internatsyjanalnaya Streets to Freedom Square. There were so many people during the march that there was not enough space for them on the sidewalks. The protesters were chanting "Long Live Belarus", "Independence!", "We Believe! We Can! We Will Win!"
