Henadz Fiadynich: We Are Going To Appeal

The REP Trade Union will continue struggling against the slander by the propagandists.

The Central district court of Minsk turned down the claim of the REP Trade Union for the protection of honor, dignity and business reputation to the website belnovosti.by. The trade union leaders are preparing an appeal. The case concerns the article “Fiadynich’s Fake REP”, reports euroradio.fm.

“Looking at how the judge conducts this process, as denied our petitions, I was prepared for the refusal,” said the leader of the REP Trade Union Henadz Fiadynich. “We are going to appeal. There are so many undocumented facts on that website. And the court just turned down the claim.”

In May 2018, the material “Fiadynich’s Fake REP” appeared on the website belnovosti.by. The author claims that under the cover of the activities of the trade union, the leaders of the organization received money to finance their lives. Henadz Fiadynich and Ihar Komlik went to court last year, and demanded a refutation from the website.
