Everything has already been discussed at the kitchens.

The Basta! telegram channel quotes the dictator’s words that he said at today's meeting of the Security Council:

“As it has happened in our history before, everything will be discussed at the kitchens, and they will, as people say, chew over all these questions there. And sooner or later it will spill out onto the street.”

It has not been said by opposition leaders or independent media. It’s just Lukashenka has shared his phobias today.

Yes, Sasha, it will happen this way. Everything has already been discussed at the kitchens. And it will spill out onto the street soon.
