The Homel resident intends to punish the “parasitic commission” financially.

Another “parasite” case has been finally brought to the court. Today, the Chyhunachny district court of Homel begins the consideration of the lawsuit of Maryja Tarasenka, who protests against being recorded as “citizen not participating in the financing of state expenditures”. Initially it was assumed that the “parasitic commission” should act as a defendant, but since it does not have the formal status of a legal entity, the court summoned representatives of the district administration, as well as the city executive committee and regional executive committee, onliner.by writes.

Such cases are a kind of trademark of the REP trade union, which opposes the Decree #3 in principle, considering it unconstitutional. The REP lawyer Leanid Sudalenka proudly calls himself “a lawyer for parasites”.

Let us recall the chronology. On January 15, Maryja received a call from the house management, the caller asked if she was still unemployed. She does not intend to get an official job. The lady is sure that she is not obliged to report on this and pay for something at elevated rates.

With the help of a lawyer, she formulated and sent complaints to the local authorities. In particular, she challenged the view that she was not involved in “financing state expenditures”, demanding that the events be considered unconstitutional.

After receiving the replies, fwhich expectedly stated that the issue should be decided above, Maryja sent a complaint to the district court. There, the case was also declined - due to the lack of authority.

Then on February 25, Maryja filed a lawsuit for the recovery of non-pecuniary damage. The essence of the lawsuit was formulated as follows: “I reckon the inclusion of my personal data in the database of those not employed in the economy as a gross interference with the privacy of my family, humiliation of human dignity, inequality before the law and deprivation of the right to equal protection of legitimate interests. This has caused and continues to cause me deep moral suffering. ”
