The club is sold for BYN 1 million.

The LLC “Triple” has declared its intention to sell its stake in the CJSC “Dynama-Minsk Football Club”. The business entities with preemptive rights have received the notifications of intent, writes tut.by.

This refers to the sale of 52 ordinary registered shares with a par value of BYN 500 per share. In this case, the sale price is set many times higher — BYN 19,250 apiece. That is, the entire package (about 57% of the shares) is assessed by its current owner as 1 million Belarusian rubles.

The rumors about the upcoming change of ownership of Dynama appeared at the end of last year.

Yury Chyzh, the main owner of the “Triple”, became the owner of Dynama Minsk at the end of 1999. Since that time, the “blue and white” won the championship of Belarus only in 2004, 8 times took the second place, 5 times - the third. The once legendary club failed to disrupt the hegemony of BATE Barysau.

The businessman distinguished himself by changing over 30 coaches during this time. The turning point for Dynama and Yury Chyzh was last year's defeat from Zenit in St. Petersburg - 1:8.

According to sources, after the defeat in St. Petersburg, there cam ean order to change the owner of the club. Yury Chyzh stopped attending the matches of his team and meetings of the executive committee of the football federation. He was not among the guests of the “Star Ball”, where the winners of the past season were honored.

“Triple” owned about 57% of the shares of Minsk “Dynama”, approximately 26% are owned by the Minsk city executive committee. Then informed interlocutors said that Chyzh was not ready to part with the shares for free and wanted about 500 thousand dollars, that is, the amount indicated in the notice.

Among the potential buyers of the stake were called several businessmen, in particular, the Russian billionaire Mikhail Gutseriev, there was also a version that the package would go to the city.

They discussed the possibility that Vladimir Yaprintsev, Chyzh’s former partner at “Triple”, may come to Dynama. A few years ago the partners had a row. As a result, both businessmen were detained by the security forces. However, both were released: Chyzh - ahead of schedule, Yaprintsev - after the announcement of the court verdict. In 2016, Siarhei Chyzh, the eldest son of the businessman, became the chairman of the board of FC Dynama Minsk. Yaprintsev wrote a letter addressed to Lukashenka about his vision of the development of Dynama, indicating the sources of financing. But the parties have maintained the status quo. The relations between the businessmen are still not normalized: they are still resolving their disputes in courts. In October, Vladimir Yaprintsev in an interview suggested transferring Dynama to the Minsk city executive committee.
