Ihar Kabylianets died while painting white a cattle barn at a farm.

On April 1, the media wrote about the death of Ihar Kabylianets, an official of the Shklou District Executive Committee. A 50-year-old economist from the Department of Agriculture was sent to white a cattle barn at a farm. The man felt sick while working and he died.

Kabylianets' relatives claim that the official, like other district executive committee employees, was periodically appointed to wash and paint the farm facilities. They say that this practice started when Vasil Vitsiunou headed the Shklou District Executive Committee. He was dismissed not long ago.

Nasha Niva asked the superiors of the deceased official to comment on the situation.

The head of the Agriculture Department of the Shklou District Executive Committee, Mikhail Kuksiankou, gave a surprising answer.

"Kabylianets doesn't work for us," – Kuksiankou informed.

When the journalists tried to clarify what was known about the death of his subordinate, the official replied:

“Ask his wife, she knows better. Who sent him and where, if he died, or not, I cannot tell this, I am not his close relative.”

Iryna Lazarenka, Kuksiankou's deputy, said that she couldn’t say anything, since she was on vacation at the time of the tragedy and didn’t know anything.

Vasil Vitsiunou, who allegedly used to send officials to work in the barns, had already changed his job. On March 26, Lukashenka visited the agricultural holding "Kupalauski" and blew up, seeing the dirty cows standing in their "shit". After that heads flew off the shoulders: Minister of Agriculture Zayats, Deputy Prime Minister Rusyi, Mahiliou Governor Damaneuski were fired. Vitsiunou was also dismissed from the post of the head of the Shklou District Executive Committee. He was appointed the head of that same agricultural holding "Kupalauski".

The journalists contacted Vitsiunou, but he refused to talk. He answered shortly: no comments, all questions to the investigators.

By the way, people close to the family of the deceased Ihar Kabylianets claimed that the official had tense relations with Vitsiunou. This is not the first unpleasant story in the biography of the former chairman of the district executive committee.

A year ago, Zmitser Vasileuski, who at that time was in charge of that very "Kupalauski", hanged himself. The media wrote that Vasileuski had a conflict with the chairman of the district executive committee. Vitsiunou himself claimed that there was no conflict.
