When Lukashenka was receiving Kadyrov today, he said: "Dear Ramzan, I greet you in your very own Belarus. There is no need to talk about my attitude towards the Chechen people. Even in difficult times, I often talk about it, they gave birth in Brest and named their children after me. I appreciate it very much." Lukashenka must have forgotten that the refugees in Brest were running away from the Kadyrov regime. The compliment turned out to be piquant.
