At that moment, a 64-year-old woman who was standing on the bank was hit by a fragment of shrapnel in her neck. The people who were there tried to help her somehow, to stop the blood, but the injury was too serious - the fragment damaged the carotid artery and other main vessels. The doctors failed to save the woman.
