The Minsk police's plan for fines is "falling apart," the Basta telegram channel reports.

Last night, late at night, the Minsk riot police organized another raid against the citizens of Minsk in Zybitskaya Street. In ten minutes, about 30 people were detained.

The police accused them of being "drunk in a public place" and took to the Tsentralny district police department. Protocols against the detainees were drawn up there.

There was no alcohol testing, on which some of the detainees were insisting. Courts and fines are awaiting the detainees in the near future.
