Andrei Smalianchuk: I Would Like Every Man To Stand Up For His Rights

Andrei Smalianchuk, a 45-year-old native of Svetlahorsk, is collecting signatures for nominating himself as a candidate in the "elections" to the "House of Representatives," Homel Viasna reports.

Andrei Smalianchuk is going with the environmental program, as he is a member of the initiative group to monitor harmful emissions of the bleached pulp plant, which was launched in late 2017 and since then has become the number one problem not only for the residents of the city, but for the entire district.
