Details Of Fight Between Two Police Officers In Bar In Dokshytsy Revealed

A 19-year-old precinct officer is in a coma.

On 31 August, a police officer Aliaksandr Zhdanko, hit another police officer Ivan Khilko in the Dokshytsy bar Sfera. He works in the department of drug control. Khilko ended up with a skull trepanation and a coma, nn.by writes.

The bar Sfera confirmed the fact of the incident: they called an ambulance and provided first aid to the victim while the doctors were on their way.

Acquaintances of the victim's family told them a known version of the events.

The reason for the fight was allegedly a 23-year-old native of Dokshytsy Daria J. Aliaksandr Zhdanko and the elder brother of the 19-year-old Ivan were dating with her, the villagers from Nestsiaroushchyna (where Ivan Khilko's parents live) said.

"Vania Khilko has two older twin brothers. One brother is already married, the other is still single. And that Daria was dating with both: that single brother and with Zhdanko.

On Saturday evening, Zhdanko called Vania: "Come to the bar Sphere to talk. Ivan't father tried to talked him out of it, but in vain, Ivan went to the bar anyway.

There was a drunk Zhdanko in Sphere. He started threatening Vania, saying that he would beat him and his brother... Then he hit Vania. He hit him only once. Vania fell down, then got up, spat blood and fell again. He did not get up anymore.

An ambulance drove him to Vitsebsk. They decided that the guy should be taken to Minsk. Now he is there in the hospital. He was in a coma, his skull was opened. They say that yesterday he got better, regained consciousness, even talked... And today he got worse again.

He's from a normal family: his father is a post office driver, his mother works in a village shop. Everyone is nice, hard-working, and their children are like that. The family is big: there is an older daughter, two sons and a younger Vania.

Vanya himself served in the army and was a film director there. After the army he went to the police. Everything was fine: he started working as a district police officer, served for the Vaukalatsk village council, and received a room in a dormitory in Dokshytsy; his parents got him a car..." - said the Khilko family friends.

The journalists contacted Ivan's parents, but they refused to comment.

"I do not want to hurt anyone, even Zhdanko. I just want my Vania to survive. If he stays alive, then I will tell you everything I know. In the meantime, no comments, sorry," - Ivan's mother said.

She confirmed that her son is still in intensive care.

Aliaksandr Zhdanko was detained. Now he's in custody. The guy is 22 years old. He graduated from the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, last year he worked in the local drug control.

Aliaksandr's older brother is also a law enforcement officer, working in the Investigative Committee.

Aliaksandr's father also did not want to comment on the case.

Journalists also contacted Daria J. They say the girl was with Zhdanko in the bar when he hit Ivan. But she did not want to say anything either.

The families know each other and say that Zhdanko admitted guilt on the evening of the tragedy. They say he said that he intended to beat Ivan up. But the next day he sobered up and started saying that he did not hit anyone at all. It's still unknown if it is the truth or rumors.
