Rally Of Solidarity With Belarusian Independence Fighters Held In Kiev

The protesters have come to the Belarusian embassy.

The rally of solidarity with the detained protesters against the integration with Russia was held near the Belarusian embassy in Kiev on January 14.

This was reported by co-chairman of the Razam movement Viachaslau Siuchyk on Facebook.

The rally was attended by about a dozen activists, including Siuchyk and head of the OUN volunteer movement Nikolai Kohanivski. They demanded to stop the persecution of protesters against the integration of Belarus and Russia, held in Minsk. They deployed a banner with the inscription "Belarus is not Russia".

A similar rally of solidarity was held near the building of the regional council in Lviv on January 13. They appealed to the regional council with a request to include the issue of solidarity with the detainees and support of them in their struggle for independence of Belarus into the agenda of the next session. The appeal was signed by representatives of local patriotic forces.
