People Trafficked In Astravets District

Three homeless people have suffered.

Three residents of Brest region recruited three homeless in Minsk in spring 2019, hrodna.life reports.

Then they were moved to Astravets district and forced to work as cattle breeders. The suspects embezzled the money for their work from April to October. That's about 30 thousand rubles.

The Hrodna regional prosecutor's office initiated a criminal case on human trafficking - paragraphs 1, 2, 3 and 4 of part 2 of article 181 of the Criminal Code. The men face seven to twelve years' imprisonment with a fine.
