Natallia Spirydonava has been taken back to the Kastrychnitski district police department of Vitsebsk.

The trials of the European Belarus activists, who were detained yesterday, have been postponed, the press service of the campaign reports.

Today, administrative trials of Ales Krutkin and Natallia Spirydonava were supposed to take place in the Kastrychnitski district court of Vitsebsk. Prior to the trial, the activists filed petitions: Natallia Spirydonava asked for recharacterization of Article 17.1 of the Administrative Code for Article 21.14.2 of the Administrative Code, and Ales Krutkin - for a lawyer. Both petitions have been granted.

After that the activists were taken to the Kastrychnitski district police department of Vitsebsk. Natallia Spirydonava received a summons, and Ales Krutkin was transferred to Polatsk, where he is to be tried for participating in the rally in Minsk on December 20.

We remind that Ales Krutkin and Natallia Spirydonava were detained yesterday afternoon on charges of posting leaflets. Natallia Spirydonava was released on her own recognizance. Ales Krutkin spent the night at the TDF.
