Andrei Sannikov Addresses Law Enforcers: Join The People

To support the people is the way out.

Leader of the European Belarus civil campaign Andrei Sannikov wrote on Facebook about the only possible way for the Belarusian law enforcers to get away with the problem:

- The other day I saw a knee broadcasting on Lukashenka's TV channel about the broad powers of the Interior Ministry bodies on the use of firearms. His name was Balaba, a notorious sadist and wooden-headed.

I always wondered what these people in the uniform read when they were children and teenagers. In general, did they read anything normal?

I don't even mean the books that they should have read. Nevertheless, they won't be able to understand the books written by Shalamov, Solzhenitsyn, Spovedz (Confession) by Larisa Geniyash.

I mean the books that somehow help to keep yourself at least in the restrictive lines, behind which kindness, friendship, loyalty, dignity, honour ends.

It does not seem that they read Three Musketeers, for example. Or "The Golden Cloud Spent the Night" by Pristavkin, Sotnikov by Bykau.

It seems that if they read anything, it was something written by shady Cherginets.

Time is wasted to nurture feelings. However, I would strongly advise them all, fearlessly chasing a crowd of women, children and the elderly, to read the history of dictatorships and dictators.

The thing is that you are in an almost desperate situation. You may think that Lukashenka will protect you, hide your crimes, and you commit atrocities, saving the regime from the people's wrath. The problem is that Lukashenka's family will quickly get rid of you even if you manage to rescue them.

First of all, no one needs witnesses to crimes. They pose a threat.

Secondly, the most furious ones are dangerous for Lukashenka: who knows how the scumbags who smelled blood will behave.

Thirdly, you will inform on each other. You will help to get rid of each other.

Do not doubt; it will happen.

Now he is clinging and cozing up to you for you to save his life. But each of you remembers humiliations. Every person in the entourage of the dictator and his family has been subjected to humiliation or even beating. You, in turn, have already mocked your subordinates and so on. It comes in chain order straight down to the bottom. Today, a gang of cowards, who can't even stand up for their dignity, operate in Belarus.

You all hate him, your boss, and you hide it carefully because of your cowardice. You think that you can tolerate for the money you receive for beating up civilians.

I have news for you: the money is running out.

You have arrears in wages, don't you? Bonuses for sadism are not always paid. The money is about to run out. Lukashenka will not waste his money on you. He is greedy. The budget lacks the money to support you. After all, you live at the expense of the people you are attacking today, and people refuse to pay the dictator.

The only way out is to support the people. All other ways are not just desperate but fatal.

And the worst thing that awaits you, if you fail to realize it is the hatred on the part of your children and relatives.

You have not read the appropriate books in childhood. However, you should read one.
