Almost All Minsk Establishments Closed by Sanitary Stations Are Working Again

On October 26, for various reasons, more than 30 metropolitan establishments did not work.

In the sphere of public catering, perturbations continue to occur: the capital establishments that did not work on the day of the strikes are closed by the decision of sanitary stations or the Ministry of Emergency Situations, then hastily reopened. Tut.by has tracked which cafes and bars are open for guests right now and which you cannot get to yet.

On October 26, for various reasons, more than 30 metropolitan establishments did not work. Since October 28, inspections have been carried out in many of them; some cafes and bars have been closed for up to three months by the decision of sanitary stations and the Ministry of Emergency Situations. Most of them have now returned to work, but some are still closed.

Which establishments are open again?

The popular O'Retit coffee shop is open again. The establishment reported this a day ago. The team thanks their guests for their support and is waiting for them to come for coffee.

Two days ago, the Post Bar said it started working again. At first, sanitary and epidemiological violations were found, but they have already been corrected. Then, the establishment was closed "for technical reasons related to planned repairs." It has been open since the beginning of the weekend. "Not even three months have passed since we closed," they joke in the establishment.

Lokma, el Pushka, Kew London, Blue Goat, Nail have eliminated the prescribed violations and reopened this week. Cafe de Paris, Madmen, and Mai Thai operate. Last Thursday, Domino's Pizza also announced the opening of all places. The Pizza Lissizza chain brand is not yet available for pickup at one location - on Haradzetskaya street, 38A.

The Poor Relative establishment did not work on Sunday; today and tomorrow, it is also closed. But on Wednesday, guests are expected in the cafe. When asked why the establishment does not work in the coming days, we were told that the guys always had such a work schedule.

As a reminder, since last week, after a short closure, Brioche Bistro, Beryozka cafe, ENZO restaurant, Simple and Let It Be cafes, Underdog pizzeria, Lauka coffee shop, Depo pancake cafe, Terra Pizza on Independence, 83, Monkey Food vegan bistro (two cafes and delivery), Drinkeriya and Alcoholi bars, For Victory gastro bar are open again.

The Mockingbird Bar has been open for a week now. Its owner Volha Mazur, detained on November 3 under Article 23.34 of the Administrative Code, was released on November 5. By a court decision, she will have to pay a fine of 25 basic units.

Which establishments are still closed?

Umami, Craftman, and Moulin have not yet announced their opening. Bar Svobody, 4 planned to open at the end of last week or at the beginning of this, but the establishment never opened. It is still unknown why, perhaps, the information will appear later.

Two vegan fast food places of Monkey Food and delivery are also not working yet. The establishment says:

- We don't know when we'll open. Today we will again deal with Sanitary epidemiological service and District Department of emergency situations, which closed us.
