79-Year-Old Woman, Holocaust Survivor, Detained In Minsk

The Sunday march has been held in the capital.

During the protest rally in Minsk, 79-year-old Larysa Sous, a Holocaust survivor, was detained.

This was reported by her daughter, journalist Hanna Sousa, on her Facebook page.

"Larysa Sous, 1941, was detained. She survived the Holocaust. Underwent a head surgery. Now in the Kastrychnitski district police department of Minsk," - the woman writes.

She added under the publication that for more than three hours she had not been able to contact her mother. The police do not give any comments either.
