"And Then the Man Stood, Swallowed Air, and Said: How Many There Are! How Many There Are! How Many There Are!"

And the protesters are now free to enter the center.

December 6. 17th protest Sunday. 120th day of protests.

Well, have you turned off the telegram? After so many weeks of turning off the entire Internet in general from August 9, it is ridiculous to scare people who have all possible proxies and vpn by disconnecting the telegram. Nobody counts on the Internet, as blogger and writer Yevgenia Pasternak writes on Facebook.

"The weather was wonderful, very conducive to walks in the fresh air. So people were walking.

Our day began cheerfully, with detentions right in the yard. In fact, it was an absurd accident. As our area stood out last weekend, beads patrolled the streets non-stop. And a group of people leaving the courtyard accidentally ran into a bus passing by. And someone inexperienced ran. And you shouldn't run, as we have found out long ago. "Weaklings," like dogs, are trained for moving game. You run - they catch up. If you don't run, they don't see.

Of course, there is no guarantee that you will not be detained when you smoke at the store, but the likelihood of detention significantly increases if you run.

"Olives" came to our yard even an hour later.

This is absolute surrealism. The sun, a slide, a full yard of children with sleds, and these overgrown people runing around the yard, for some reason, in uniform, in armor, in helmets, with sticks, but in sneakers. They look like unkempt children - their pants and sleeves are short.

I still did not understand who they were chasing, but people swore a lot at them from their windows. They didn't catch anyone and left.

And then I found myself at the market at the moment when the next column approached; I deliberately did not cross over to my group because the reaction of people was very interesting.

How do you know when a column is close? Car horns are heard first, and people are already running there.

Someone is jumping because he finally saw his people! "Dad, ours are there!"

Someone is running and taking out his phones to take pictures.

Someone freezes with bags and literally open mouths. These are the ones who live in the country that is shown on TV. They are really at a loss and stupor. These are mostly 60+ people.

One man of about forty reacted very violently. He was with his son of about 6 years old.

- Here they are - he said loudly.

- Where, where? - the son asked.

- There, they walk.

- Where? - the son climbed onto the parapet to see better.

- There! They walk.

And then the man stood, swallowed air, and said.

- How many there are! How many there are! How many there are!

And I sarcastically thought that this column of a couple of thousand people does not give any idea about how many of us there really are.

All day, they've been messing up with the Internet trying to put down the Telegram. At some point, for 20-25 minutes, the switch was off again, and there was no network, perhaps, all over the country.

And for the first time today, the Ministry of Internal Affairs reported about 300 detainees in Minsk, and at the same time, Viasna announced that there were only 170 throughout the country.

This is very unusual; there has always been a bias in the other direction.

Now, in the lists of Viasna, there are already 315 people, but the impression is that they were feverishly reaching the "norm."

In the morning, the metro was closed, the entire center was cordoned off, but, at about 12, the cordon was removed, and the metro was opened. Apparently, feeling like idiots for the fourth weekend in a row is too much even for our weaklings.

And the center is now free. This is a challenge, I think. Long live Belarus!"
