Historian And Poet Eduard Dubianetski Died

He was 53 years old.

Belarusian historian, cultural expert and poet Eduard Dubianetski died from a heart attack today, on February 25, at the age of fifty-four. This is reported by the Union of Belarusian Writers on its Facebook page.

Eduard Dubianetski was born in Hantsavichy district in the family of philosopher Stanislau Dubianetski in 1966.

He graduated from the historical faculty of the Belarusian State University. He worked in Alma Mater, in the Skaryna Center, in the Pedagogical University named after Maksim Tank.

He is the author of popular encyclopedic reference books: "World Culture: from Antiquity to the Present Day" and "Cultural Studies", books of poetry: "The Unfinished Flight of My Soul" and "The Call of the Lonely Sky", and a number of more than a hundred scientific publications.
