The Basta telegram channel published a photo of the empty subway in Minsk this morning.

"The Minsk subway this morning. Usually at this time the cars are crowded. It seems that Belarusians are beginning to listen to the advice of doctors and social activists and stay at home. We are proud of you, friends," - the channel report says.
