People with symptoms of coronavirus are being denied hospitalization.

There are a lot of reports that when all coronavirus symptoms or confirmed contacts with infected patients are present, the tests of those who seek medical help are not done and they are denied hospitalization. Doctors say that there are no tests or places in hospitals, the Basta telegram channel writes.

"My brother and his wife (she works with children) are very sick. The temperature has risen, they have a cough. They feel pain in the chest, the whole body hurts. They called a doctor, asked him to do a coronavirus test. They asked if they had been to Europe. Since they hadn't left the country lately, they refused to do the test. They said they were only doing tests for those who'd come from abroad and were sick," - a reader of the channel from Minsk wrote.

Another message, also from Minsk: "I work at Euraopt in Uruchcha. Yesterday, I and some other colleagues were told that we're the first level contacts. However, we stayed at work until the end of the shift. This morning, they called me, asked me how I was feeling, if there was a temperature. They told me not to go to work, to stay home. To see a doctor - only if there are any symptoms.

"There are no tests. We just don't respond to complaints of fever. The hospital's full. I spent the night at work," - a source of Basta, who works at the 4th clinical hospital in Minsk, reported.
