The head of the department at the Shklou CDH, who stood up for the doctors, has been dismissed.

The head of the infectious diseases department of the Shklou central district hospital was fired because she had demanded that her subordinates were provided with personal protective gear. This was reported to the "Basta!" telegram channel by employees of the health care institution.

"The head of the infectious diseases department, Alina Savel'yava, was fired at our Shklou CDH, - the subscribers reported. - This is the most sordid act that our chief physician could have pulled off, this man was extremely mean and unethical.

The situation with coronovirus in our department is not just critical, it is beyond the boundaries of criticality level, because there are more patients than we can admit. We really work risking our lives and health, every minute. Alina Savel'yava tried to protect us, she spoke openly about the lack of protection means, and I know for sure that she had a conversation with the head doctor on this subject.

The head doctor did not like that the health of the subordinates was more important for our head than some rotten "party policy", she was fired for it. I do not know how, polite or rude, but the fact is that she no longer works.

We are so upset we could cry, now it looks like it's a good idea for the whole team to quit.

After all, how can we trust such a chief physician who is willing to sacrifice any employee of the hospital for the sake of heaven knows what?

I wish this nasty power had already changed, and such despicable people were brought to justice, as someone like him cannot be trusted in managing people's lives, and I do not mean just the medical staff."

The editorial board of the "Basta!" telegram-channel called the Shklou CDH and there they informed that Alina Savel'yava no longer works in the hospital.
