Communal Utilities Workers Support Unknown ‘Partisans’

The battle on the walls of Belarusian cities continues.

The “Basta!” Telegram channel publishes a letter from a public utilities officer. He spoke about the support of those who leave graffiti on the walls.

“We’ve gotten a lot of work lately,” he says. “They’re sending us to paint over your graffiti. There isn’t enough paint. Plus, sabotage from our side is in full swing.

The authorities tried to introduce an “innovative” scheme. They hinted that every employee should be responsible for the “cleanliness” of their area: a graffiti appears - buy the paint yourself and paint it over. Naturally, the bosses were told to get lost, we are never short for words, and for such a penny they won’t find anyone willing to work. Many have already quit; my quitting application is also on the table.

I will say one thing: they are no longer capable of painting over everything. It’s very difficult to fight partisans - all military strategists recognize this. And if the partisans have the whole country in the rear as a base of support - they can not be defeated. Hitler got burnt on Belarus, and the cockroach also will.”
