They Need Our Support!
MIKALAI STATKEVICH

The 18th day of the flash mob of Solidarity.

Courage and solidarity of Belarusians have repeatedly helped to free those who were thrown behind bars by the dictator. This is how it should be now - in a crucial year for all of us. We urge our compatriots both inside the country and abroad, all friends of free Belarus to fight for the release of Siarhei Tsikhanouski, Viktar Babaryka, Mikalai Statkevich, Pavel Seviarynets and all arrested opposition leaders and activists. Freedom to heroes!

Every day, starting from June 23, at 19:00, as a sign of solidarity, we open the windows of apartments, go out to the balconies, clap, rattle pots or play music.

Campaigns of solidarity are held all over the world. Belarusians have held pickets and rallies in more than 70 cities around the world.

Dear readers! Send us photos and videos of your participation in the Flash Mob of Solidarity at the address charter97@gmail.com and in our social networks.

19:00 "Warriors of the Morning" is another protest hit of this summer.

19:00 Siarhei Tsikhanouski is supported all over the country. Here is the flag of "Country for Life" and the song "The Walls Will Fall" sung by him.

19:00 And a real star is growing up here! It's a very positive video.

19:00 The flash mob geography is also very wide: Babruisk, Homel and Mikashevichy. One can hear from the speakers, "We'll Sweep Away the Cockroach!"

19:00 "Today is Friday, and today the guys and I decided to have a rest after the working week, you know, of course within sensible bounds, - the participant of the flash mob writes. - Our income doesn't allow us to go to pubs, so we visit each other all the time.

Today we have gathered at my place, the weekly holiday of working man's pain combined with the daily flash mob.

And here a thought came to my mind - we rattle and whistle not only for the sake of doctors and Siarhei Tsikhanouski and his comrades, but also for the sake of ourselves, so that the work becomes easier, the salary gets higher and that instead of complaining to each other about the bosses we were sitting somewhere in a cafe and enjoying life, not cursing it!

Have a good weekend and we'll hear from you tomorrow!"

19:00 "We have come to visit our mother and grandmother. For the first time we're holding the flash mob here in Polatsk. Our mother and grandmother know "The Walls Will Fall" from the first to the last word, support us completely and are waiting for changes!" - readers write.

19:00 Children also support doctors and political prisoners. A video from Minsk district of Sukharava.

19:00 "Since the beginning of the solidarity flash mob I haven't missed a single day. I play the three songs not for 2 minutes, but from the beginning to the end.

Today, when the song "Changes" was being played on the balcony, a company of paratroopers was passing under the window. Almost everyone had a smile on the face, a lot of people gave a thumbs-up. After that, I realized that I wouldn't give up until victory.

P.S. Brest, 38th Brigade, you're the best," - the flash mob participant writes.

19:00 New forms of the flash mob. People are launching paper planes. This one, as we can see, says "Stop the Cockroach!" and "Get Out!"

19:00. Haven't found a pot? It's no big deal! Bottles, spoons and a little bongo are also good for the flash mob.

19:00 Two in one! Let's turn on the music loudly and whistle as well! That's how they'll hear us!

19:00 And here are the participants of the Solidarity Flashmob from Minsk. "The Walls Will Fall", "We Are Not The Little People" and "Changes". Good musical taste among the inhabitants of the capital ;-).

19:00 Another video from the reader of Charter97.org. Very loud, the neighbors will definitely hear it!

19:00 Brest joins the flash mob of solidarity. "We are a living nation, we are Belarusians!"

19:00 Siarhei Mikhalok's songs "We Shall Overcome" and "Hrai". There is a lot of music at the rally in support of political prisoners and physicians, as always.

19:00 First photos of the Solidarity Flashmob!

19:00 Belarusian Tsimafei Khadnevich recorded the song "Sasha, Get Out!". He wrote the song back in 2010, but it has not lost its relevance.
