Maryja Kalesnikava: According To United Headquarters’ Data, Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya Has Become President Of Belarus

The headquarters of opposition candidate Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya intends to announce its further actions in the coming hours. Her authorized representatives insist that they do not recognize the election results.

According to their data from polling stations, Tsikhanouskaya has scored 70-80% of the vote in all regions of Belarus.

This was announced live on the Echo of Moscow radio station by the coordinator of the headquarters of Viktar Babaryka, participant of the campaign of Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya Maryja Kalesnikava.

“No, we do not recognize (the results of the CEC - edit.) and today at a press conference we, among other things, will assess this fact and talk about our further actions,” she said.

Kalesnikava has stressed that many more votes were cast for Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya than it was officially recognized by the CEC.

“This shows how inadequate the power is, because it is simply obvious to the people who came to the voting stations, by the concertinaed ballots, it is clear that these concertinaed ballots made the majority at most precincts. For Tsikhanouskaya, we put in concertinaed ballots, according to the ballot boxes, which were transparent, it was clear that there were a lot of such ballots there. Everyone is amazed now and regard it as spit,” she said.
