Preliminary Exit Poll Data At Foreign Precincts: 71% For Tsikhanouskay

Lukashenka has lost.

The exit poll organizers have reported this to Radio Svaboda.

According to preliminary figures, at these precincts presidential candidate Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya has gained 71.28% of the vote, 14.73% respondents have refused to answer, Aliaksandr Lukashenka has gained only 10.09%, 2.28% have voted against all, and the remaining candidates have got about 0.5%.
