Poland To Present "Marshall Plan For Belarus" To EU Partners

Poland will present to its European Union partners a "Marshall Plan for Belarus". Michał Dworczyk, head of the office, informed about this initiative of Polish government head Mateusz Morawiecki, Polskie Radio reports.

"At the next meeting of European leaders, Mateusz Morawiecki will present the so-called Marshall Plan for Belarus on behalf of the Visegrad Group. It is a project of a number of mainly economic measures that could be offered to Belarus in case of legal elections. It is an offer of assistance and a kind of action plan for Belarus related to the creation of a stabilization fund for this country," - Michał Dworczyk said.

Representatives of the Civil Coalition have made proposals aimed at facilitating border crossing for Belarusian citizens and their legalization and assimilation in Poland.
