"Italian" strikes have engulfed housing and communal services.

The story of a utility worker was published by the "Basta!" Telegram channel.

"The boss found an electrical panel (a big iron box), painted with the words "3%," "go away." I received a written assignment, "Paint over 3%".

I arrived at the place, measured the shield. It turned out to be 1.5 meters high. I measured 3% from below, which was 5 centimeters, and painted that part.

In the evening, when the boss asked him about not completing the task, he poked the assignment: "Read. Did I paint over 3%? I painted did! The task is completed."
