Nobel laureate and member of the Presidium of the Coordination Council Svetlana Alexievich flew to Germany early on Monday morning. Her departure has nothing to do with the criminal case against the Coordination Council, the writer’s assistant Tatsiana Tsyuryna explained to tut.by.

- Why should Svetlana Alexievich leave her country for good? Nothing of the kind, she flew away on her personal business. She has meetings planned, a book fair in Sweden, in Sicily she will be presented with an award, - said Tatsiana.

- That is, her departure has nothing to do with the criminal case against the Coordination Council? Isn't this emigration?

- No, of course, she went to run her personal and literary errands. This is her normal life, she just could not leave for a long time because of her health. When will she return? It all depends on how events will develop here, and on her health, - explained Tatsiana.
