"You know, the people will win anyway. Until recently, it seemed to me that only strikes could resolve the situation. I have changed my mind. They can speed it up and make it less painful but not solve it. The people will win anyway. They have already won, even if it is not so obvious.

But I feel regret that in this confrontation, those who once raised respect to themselves have turned into something of little significance. Those who were expected to show great solidarity. Those who cried out loud that if anything, we "woo-hoo!" turned out to be dust.

You go to work and bow your heads. You are afraid to look each other in the eye. You are ashamed of your actions, and at the same time, you keep going to work obediently, justifying it with your loans, families and "I am a servant". Yes, you are. And this World you leave as a heritage to your children, unfortunately. Do you think that those who march and go against the system have no children and no loans? Yes, they do. But they are free to make their choice and are honest with their conscience. And this is the World that they will leave to their children. The people will win anyway. They have already won, even if it is not so obvious.

But there will be none of you on the hero lists. In the history of Belarus, you will remain those who supported the regime to the last. The regime of torture, lawlessness and impunity. The people will win anyway! They have already won, even if it is not so obvious.

I express great respect to those who continue the strike despite everything in the absence of solidarity and support! You are the real Heroes! Long Live Belarus!
