According to him, "28 and a half" out of 30 cards have been agreed upon.

Belarusian Ambassador to Russia Uladzimir Siamashka said that Minsk and Moscow resumed negotiations on road maps, TASS reports.

"You can say so (that the dialogue resumed on the roadmaps - TASS note)," Siamashka said. "This is no longer a secret, First Deputy Prime Minister Nikolai Snopkov was in Moscow last week, and already there we met with [the Russian Deputy Prime Minister ] Alexey Overchuk, discussed the algorithm, and so on." "They (road maps - TASS note), I don't know what they will be called, but they need to be updated in time," Semashko added.

According to him, there were "30 cards in total, and 28 and a half of them were agreed upon." "There were some [difficult] moments regarding the price of gas and compensation for the tax maneuver on oil. These cards require more detailed discussion; everything else has been agreed upon," the ambassador said. "What were the terms? We had to introduce certain norms, intergovernmental agreements by January 1, 2020, and today, thank God, October is coming. Everything will move a little in time." According to him, the position of the parties is that the treaty on the "union state" will be fulfilled in full.
