Polish Prime Minister's Office: Belarus Should Be Free and Sovereign Country

Poland regards assistance to the Belarusian people as its moral obligation.
The head of the Polish Prime Minister's Office, Michał Dworczyk, says the government in Warsaw does not accept repressions and persecution that is currently observed in Belarus, reports Polskie Radio.
"We are convinced that Belarus should be a free and sovereign country. We also have a duty since Solidarity times, when Western countries helped us. This is a kind of our moral obligation. And secondly, Poland is interested in bordering a stable, sovereign country," said the head of the Polish Prime Minister's Office.
