Belarusians Of Sweden Insisted On Meeting With Head Of Swedish Foreign Ministry

Rallies of solidarity with Belarus are held in Stockholm.

Rallies of solidarity with Belarus have been held in the Swedish capital for 30 consecutive days. Meeting participant Ihar told the Charter97.org website that they managed to meet with the head of the Swedish Foreign Ministry:

- I want to share information that the people who are in solidarity with the people of Belarus have been taking part in campaigns of support in Stockholm for 30 days in a row.

They have managed to talk with Swedish Foreign Minister Ann Linde, after which Sweden has put forward its firm position on the new sanctions against the top of the regime.

Not only the Belarusians, but also the Swedes, Ukrainians, Russians and Poles are among the participants.
