Former BSUIR student Yan Salanovich, who has set a record in serving days of arrest and spent almost three months in the detention center in Akrestsin street, was released late yesterday evening, the human rights center "Viasna" informs.

We remind that Yan Salanovich has been kept in jail in Akrestsin street since November 1. In total, he was sentenced to 114 days of administrative arrest for eight episodes of his participation in the rallies. That term expired on February 23.

"Former BSUIR student Yan Salanovich, who has been kept in the detention center in Akrestsin Street since November, was released late in the evening of January 25 without any explanation," - Viasna human rights activists reported.
